These documents will be requested by email once the form has been completed and paid for. We will then put them in the correct format to minimise the risk of refusal, you can send them to us in the format of your choice. Documents must be legibleso that you can compare them with your manually entered data. Minors must provide the same documents as adults.

A scan of the identity page of the passport used for the trip.
A colour, high-definition scan of an ID photo, ideally complying with passport photo standards: the photo must be clear, with no creases or marks.
The photo should be neither over- nor underexposed. It should have good contrast, with no shadows on the face or in the background.
The passport photo must be recent and resemble the passport photo. The haircut may have changed.
Letter of invitation from the organisers, giving the names and passport numbers of those invited.
Proof of accommodation (hotel, hostel, private home, etc.) indicating the dates and names of the travellers.
